| Depending on the type of work and volume,
we will create a dedicated data-entry or digitalisation
team in Romania working for your company. The
complete process is done in a transparent way,
so that we can discuss at any time about the progress,
quality challenges, and productivity issues with
you, and only the correct costs are charged.
Data-processing/ Scanning/ OCR people are either charged on a fixed page basis, project basis or per month. Our goals are the highest quality and accuracy as possible. Within this highest accuracy we strive to the best productivity.
The price per page varies according to the difficulty
level and quantity. Costs vary from 1.2 to 3 US$
or EURO per page.
We can agree on a fixed price based on a specific
project. In this case we will first perform tests,
and then estimate the work-load. Costs are typically
based on a monthly rate of 1100 EURO.
The costs for a fully operational data-processor
who works full-time (this is ca. 40 hours a week)
is 1100 EURO per month. This includes all costs.
In case of programming, either the costs at
our charge or included in the project, or the
normal programming costs of 2750 EURO per month
are charged.
