The first step would be a preliminary discussion
by phone or/and e-mail. The goal is to assess
your company's needs and the best ways to optimise
our collaboration for your maximum benefits. The
long and medium term optimal situation in terms
of cost- savings, quality output and work-flow
will help to determine the best initial test project.

2. Meeting at your company premises
Once a potential collaboration is possible the
managers/ directors of ITprovision, Dr
Michel Loots and
Mr Dan Camarzan would visit you at your premises
for meetings/ discussions with your management
and technical team. All issues pertaining to outputs,
programming skills, security, reporting would
be thoroughly discussed with satisfactory solutions
and procedures for every item. If collaboration
and a test project could be envisaged, agreement
over costs and the set-up of a test project.
3. Free RFQ & OP
Outsourcing and collaboration with our company
has many advantages in the field of cost-saving
and capacity expansion. Therefore it could be
interesting to immediately have an idea of costs
and settings possible for your company in the
near and medium term future. We will be glad to
provide you with a free quote and outsourcing
project taking into consideration your needs and
specific issues. Outsourcing projects typically
fall into three categories, as follows: Software
Development, Data-processing/ Scanning, Marketing

4. Test Project
The first two to three months would consist in
performing a test project for your company. The
costs for this test project would be minimum.
Objectives would be to prove our capacity and
quality, to set-up communication channels and
to prepare the medium and long-term collaboration.
A temporary contract will be signed taking into
account all the security issues and practical
needs to protect your intellectual properties
and very clearly outlining costs and other issues.
On simple demand we will provide you with a sample
contract.
5. Establishing a regular work-flow
We are sure that the test project will be implemented
and delivered at the highest standards. After
evaluation by your company and mutual feedback,
the goal will be to establish a regular work-flow
taking into account all your needs. We will create
a dedicated customized and high-level software
team in Romania exclusively working for your company,
including direct communication links and training
to provide excellency in the requested quality/
services mix. All assigned programmers will be
tested and approved by your company. A contract
will be signed taking into account all the security
issues and practical needs to protect your intellectual
properties and very clearly outlining costs and
other issues. On simple demand we will provide
you with a sample contract.
